License the Artwork for Your T-Shirt Collection

A limited license to reproduce an original artwork by L’Aita

This license gives you the right to use the selected artwork for one limited production run of up to 100 T-shirts, together with a high-resolution, print-ready digital file.
The artwork remains the intellectual property of L’Aita. This agreement grants limited, non-exclusive reproduction rights only for the specific T-shirt production described below

What’s Included

High-Resolution Print-Ready ArtworkYou will receive a high-resolution, print-ready digital file of the selected artwork, prepared for professional T-shirt printing.

The file is provided exclusively for the licensed production run.

Limited Non-Exclusive License
The license includes the non-exclusive right to reproduce the artwork on up to 100 T-shirts.
The license is limited to this specific production run and does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork.

License Terms

Production Limit
The artwork may be reproduced on a maximum of:100 T-shirts
This license covers one production run only.
No additional copies, products, merchandise, or future production runs are included in the purchase price.

Permitted Use
The artwork may be used:on T-shirts produced within the licensed run of up to 100 units for the purpose of selling or distributing those T-shirts in promotional materials directly related to the licensed T-shirt collection

Restrictions

The artwork may not be:
- resold or sublicensed as a digital file
- distributed to third parties as a standalone artwork
- used on products other than the licensed T-shirts
- reproduced on additional T-shirts beyond the 100-unit limit
- altered, modified, or incorporated into another artwork without prior written permission from L’Aita
- used for any future production run without a renewed license

Copyright and all intellectual property rights in the original artwork remain with L’Aita.

Future Reprints

Want to Produce More?

If you decide to produce additional batches of T-shirts in the future, you do not need to purchase the artwork again.
Simply contact L’Aita to arrange a discounted renewal fee for the additional production run.
Each new production batch will require a new licensing agreement.

$450 USD

The fee includes:
- High-resolution print-ready artwork
- Non-exclusive reproduction rights
- One T-shirt production runUp to 100 T-shirts
The license is valid for a maximum production of 100 T-shirts.

By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the artwork remains the intellectual property of L’Aita
- you are purchasing limited reproduction rights, not ownership of the artwork
- the license applies to a maximum of 100 T-shirts
- any additional production requires a renewed license
- the artwork may not be used for other products without prior written permission
- the license is non-exclusive
